Pricing
Rates
The PC Care working rate is £20 per half hour (or any part thereof).
The PC Care rate applies once I arrive at your property and until the agreed work is completed.
"No fix no fee" - If I am unable to complete the agreed work then there will be no charge for the time spent. The two exceptions are:
- If I identify the cause of the problem and the fault is outside your home or under the control of a third-party (e.g. broadband provider).
- The repair needs replacement/alternative parts which I have with me, but you do not agree to this additional cost.
In all cases, any subsequent work performed whilst still at your property will be charged at the normal working rate.
Unsocial hours: work performed outside the call out hours is performed at double the normal working rate unless otherwise stated.
The working rate does not cover cost of materials used, which will be charged for separately.
Call out hours
Call out hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.
