Hi! I'm Eric Kendrick. I'm a qualified professional I.T. expert with over 12 years of experience (check out my CV). Over this time I've seen computers and the internet change the world around us.

Only a few years ago computers were seen as office or industrial machines only affordable to big businesses, today they are even essential for our children to do their homework. Increasingly we now consider the computer a home appliance, and broadband internet a household utility.

Getting the most of your computer

Like many home appliances, such as the TV, there is a clear benefit in having more than one in the house, or upgrading to a bigger and better model (or just improving the one we have). Unfortunately this is where computers remind us they came from big businesses with teams of computer administrators. Upgrades can involve days of your time trying to make things work, and without professional help many people never quite get everything working.
